1. General Policy
Our service fees are applicable for the processing and assistance provided in your visa application. Once a service has been rendered, the fee is generally non-refundable.
2. Visa Application Fees
- Government/Embassy Fees: These fees are paid directly to the respective government or embassy and are strictly non-refundable once paid, regardless of whether the visa is approved or rejected.
- Service Fees:
- If you cancel your application before we have started processing or verified your documents, you may be eligible for a full refund of the service fee, minus a nominal cancellation charge.
- If you cancel after document verification but before submission to the embassy/consulate, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
- Once the application has been submitted to the embassy or government portal, no refund of the service fee will be provided.
3. Visa Rejection
Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the respective Embassy or Consulate. We do not guarantee visa approval. In the event of a visa rejection, no fees (neither government nor service fees) will be refunded.
4. Processing Time
Processing times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays caused by the Embassy or technical issues are beyond our control and do not qualify for a refund.
5. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our support team with your application ID and reason for cancellation. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment.
